KCAC has a sovereign plant, which means our plant goes all the way back to the original land grants from the State of Texas. We can trace every piece of property in Kendall County from the current owner all the way back to the original land grant.
We are locally owned and operated, and our professional and courteous staff has a combined title experience in excess of 169 years. KCAC has been voted “The Best Title Company in Kendall County” by the readers of the Boerne Star on numerous occasions, and was voted the “Business of the Year” by the members of the Greater Boerne Area Chamber of Commerce.

Seamless closing on a condo sale. Both myself and the other seller were in different states and the closing had to be done remotely but Bonnie, Vanessa and Tina all made it work. They are truly pros. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to friends or family.
