Ashlee Pfeiffer, who currently serves as the manager of Kendall County Abstract, joined the company in 2000. A 1997 graduate of San Angelo State University, Ashlee, in addition to managing the company, is an escrow officer and handles numerous closings. Her attention to detail makes her closings run smoothly and efficiently. Her good humor and enthusiasm for life is contagious.

Ashlee says, “I love working with people and helping them accomplish their real estate purchases or sales.” Ashlee has great back up support and shares her work load with Bonnie Scott, Brooke Pollack, Allie Richter and Alana Ward.

Bob Martin is a title industry veteran who has spent his entire professional career in the title business. Bob’s family was involved in the title business in McAllen, so Bob was introduced to the business while still in high school. Upon graduation, Bob decided this was the career path he wanted to take and has never faltered from that path.

He spent almost 20 years with the family firm in McAllen before deciding to move his family to the Texas Hill Country. Bob joined Kendall County Abstract in 2005 and now manages the title plant for the company. Bob’s plant team consists of Brenda Pope and Kim Hesley.

Tammy Ford joined Kendall County Abstract in 2013 and serves as an Escrow Officer for the company. Tammy grew up in the beautiful hill country and graduated from Boerne High School. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas in San Antonio in 1998.

Tammy has over 16 years of experience in the title industry and has performed numerous job functions giving her an in-depth understanding of the closing process. She uses this knowledge to provide our customers with a pleasant closing experience. Tammy and her assistant, Chrissy Scheel, can assist you with any of your closing needs.
